Our certicates are regulated by Law no. 9394/96, nº 11.741/08, and Decree no. 5,154 / 04, and are in accordance with the Resolution 14/97 EEC. Also the National Council of Education has been declare the equivalent, in according to broad and flexible rules. According to the Federal Decree No. 2,494 / 98 and Decree 2.208 / 97, previous education requirement is not required.

The Ulpan Mahir's Certificate Types:
- The Diplomas: Certify Approval Course, Level and Hours. Exam is Required.
- The Analytical Certificates: Certify the Programmatic Index of the approved level. Exam is Required.
- The Assistance Certificates: Certify the simple presence in the classes. Exam is not required.
Our courses, diplomas and certificates do not enable to practice teaching in Hebrew area in any case. They certify only knowledge of the language in the level attended, but not certify technical training for teaching it. To be a teacher is necessary to attend specific teaching career field (higher education) as did our teachers, and have a command of the language with mother tongue level, and pedagogical training for this specific language.
